The Design And Implementation Of Recruitment Management System

With the development of information technology, recruiting talents has become an important means of talent cultivation. It is one of the most important personnel management activities in KXD pharmaceutical company. This thesis puts forward the design model of enterprise recruitment web system based on J2 EE standard through the analysis and discuss of J2 EE.This thesis focuses on the recruiting talents system, surveys the relative technologies and sketches emerging developments. It introduces the development processes and main features of the J2 EE technology in information. System was developed with JSP. It includes four subsystems named as distance classroom, video on demand, operative technology and management of system. On the basis of the recruitment system detailed design, using the combined method of the class diagram and sequence diagram, the main modules of the system:(1) resume management module;(2) job management module;(3) the recruitment process management module;(4) the function management module system;(5) the specific design process network test management module is discussed in detail. Then the implementation of the recruitment system is described, the specific function of each module interface and interface are described in detail, At the end of the recruitment system test, the test includes two aspects, which are the functional testing and performance of the test, in function test, through the preparation of specific cases, system input, then the expected output and the actual output compared; in performance test, operation by simulating a large number of users at the same time to the scene test information system pressure to bear, and test results shows that the design is feasible.
