For these basic quality and professional skills required to establish a good training plan and training program, only through professional training, to enhance personal quality and professional knowledge and professional skills, better service to passengers.Based on the above analysis, combined with the actual situation of the work of the border inspection station in Luohu, combining with the existing mode of the unit, we use UML technology to combine ASP.NET and Server2008 SQL database to realize the intelligent personnel training management system. In the system structure design using B/S architecture, the system needs analysis, the system realized the value of feasibility analysis, the system key process of activity diagram analysis, the system’s main function modules: basic settings, training management, staff management, training attendance, training performance and other six modules use case analysis, to get the system’s total use case diagram, at the same time, the system’s non functional requirements for the system design. The design principle, design framework and software and hardware environment of the system are described in this paper. The main modules of the system are described in detail. Finally, the system’s user login and function module is realized, and the function of the system is tested, and the system can meet the requirements of the training and management of the entry and exit border defense station in Luohu.Through the system development, it makes the personnel training management and training information processing and training of the staff to leave time is simple and convenient, thereby reducing the cost of the unit, and effectively improve the efficiency and quality of training.
