Design And Implement Of Performance Assessing System Of Ningde Entry-exit Inspection And Quarantine Bureau

The government performance management and assessing system is a method,which uses scientific standard, approaches and model to make evaluation as accurate aspossible for government performance and actual work. It’s an issue deserve researchingand discussing that how we should construct a flexible and effective intelligentinformation system based on government department so as to make best use of the various data and improve its’ efficiency.With the research and development of the performance assessing system of a public security bureau as a background, this thesis adopts an object-oriented approach to study and analyze the demand, design and implementation of this system in details. Using the mainstream J2 EE programming technique in the industry, with the Struts、Spring、Hibernate as frameworks, and in accordance with current work, this thesis proposes a solution to design, set up and realize the performance assessing system.The main tasks of this thesis are as follows:1、to analyze the current the performance assessing system work on and abroad.2 、 to study and analyze the functional and non-functional requirement of performance assessing system, and to use case character recognition and case design.3、to design the overall architecture with MVC structural system, and respectively elaborate the function and design method of each part, and to design the database, including the logic design of the database and the structural design of the base table.4、to develop the system by using J2EE’s framework technology SSH as a development tool, so as to realize check-in service, daily management,Regularly management, etc,and achieve workflow automation.5、to test the performance assessing system,find out the bugs, in order to improve the system and optimize the window.So far, the project is in limited trails in the local area network of Entry exit inspection and Quarantine Bureau.It is running well, and can meet basic needs of drug control intelligence management work. The system will be further improved and function-extended in the future according to the using feedback, so as to improve the work efficiency.
