In recent years, with the continuous construction in Exit-Entry Administration ofE-government, a preliminary management system has already been completed andbecome an essential tool to carry out various business for Exit-Entry AdministrationDepartment at all levels. But some of the existing Exit-Entry Administration System hasgradually been unable to adapt to the development needs of the Exit-EntryAdministration business in data collection, processing, exchange, analysis utilization,operation level and guarantee ability.This thesis mainly studies the design and Implementation method in the newgeneration Exit-Entry information system and strive for the design method’s innovationin large-scale information system. Achieve the multi-dimensional system design method: The design introduces thecomprehensive and multi-dimensional design ideas and conducts an overall productdesign from multiple angle and dimensions. In the design process8+1dimension iscarried on the comprehensive design description. Eight dimensions,respectively, aresystem boundary defined design, business architecture design, overall technicalframework design, application mode design, system logic design, key technical design,application system design, security system design.+1means if there is any historicaldata integration or migration request in historical system,we must conduct the designfor data migration and smooth transition scheme.3.According to the characteristics of Exit-Entry business, business adjustment ofmodel-driven design and optimization system for the characteristics of the system, thesystem is designed to independently package and embed for business logic and operation model in order to flexibly adapt to the need of adjusting and optimizing infuture business. The design ideas and methods are mainly focused on the softwarebusiness application system which is changeable in business logic, unstable in businesscomputing model and have a big ascension or optimization space.It can make thebusiness change along with need, along with development and along with accumulationof experience.
