The current seamless steel pipe enterprises to apply automatic identification technology to achieve one by one to track the steel pipe and information tracing,traceability of product quality tracking one of the development direction of management.Based on comparison of the characteristics of different seamless steel tubes one by one,his paper presents a direct marking technique of different seamless steel tubes and two-dimensional code technology to solve the problem of information identification of seamless steel tubes,that is,Marking machine will have the uniqueness of steel pipe Data Matrix two-dimensional bar code engraved on the pipe wall in the end,to achieve one by one steel pipe tracking and information tracing.The research of this paper provides an effective technical means for the seamless tracking and information traceability of seam less steel tubes.The experim ental method and experimental results laid a foundation for further research and engineering application.This paper is divided into the following four chapters:The first chapter introduces the research status and research methods of seamless steel pipe marking technology,and the research and development of 2D bar code technology,analyzes the feasibility and superiority of Data Matrix two-dimensional code in steel pipe marking;The research background,research significance and research content.In the second chapter,the structure characteristic of Data Matrix code is introduce firstly,and the data matrix two-dimensional code image preprocessing is introduced,and improved maximum interclass variance method is introduced,and the improved maximum interclass variance method is introduced.The improved algorithm is simulated on MATLAB platform.Matrix two-dimensional code is image localization method;Data Matrix two-dimensional code encoding and decoding.The image preprocessing algorithm and the image correction algorithm are simulated on MATLAB platform,and the correctness and reliability of the image preprocessing algorithm are verified.The third chapter introduces the laser marking machine and two-dimensional bar code identification equipment and Matrix two-dimensional bar code generation method;and the design of seamless steel tube laser marking platform;seamless steel tube laser marking progress parameters experimental study.The effects of different diameter steel pipe,different roughness steel pipe surface and different steel pipe surface color on laser marking quality were studied,and the marking process and process parameters were determined.And the effect of laser marking machine's marking current,laser marking frequency,laser marking distance,laser marking speed on the two-dimensional code marking quality were studied.At the same time,the effect of bar code size,surface roughness and mark depth on the recognition speed of bar code is also studied.The fourth chapter is the summary and prospect of the whole paper,summarize the main work and innovation of this paper,and put forward the idea for the future research.
