This paper is the QR two-dimensional code combined with laser marking technology,using laser marking technology to directly mark the QR two-dimensional code on the surface of the product or other needs,and through research the mechanism of laser marking machining the QR two-dimensional code of high identification, greatly enhancing the confidentiality,security and traceability.Firstly, analyzing the QR two-dimensional code's structure and data-encoding technology as well as encoding process,establishing a simple two-dimensional code data storage structure,to optimize the QR two-dimensional code data generation algorithm,thispaper proposed a look-up table approach to realize the data correction encode,avoiding the waste of time and hardware resource,improving the program's efficiency;then gives algorithm flow chart of generating QR two-domensional code's lattice data and marking control program as well as the program's main functions and variables,and carriedout the program test to marking out the QR two-dimensional code successfully;finallystudied the laser marking quality of QR code,by comparion select the critical process parameters of laser marking mechanism(laser power,marking pitch and marking speed),designed the single variable control experiment,which get the key process parameters onthe influence of QR code contrast and gray value as well as the range of ideally marking parameters.Then three key process parameters are grouped experiments in the range,through the comparison of experimental data and considering the efficiency and quality of marking,selecting the optimal parameter values considering the marking efficiency and quality,which has certain theory and application value.
