The Research On Steel Pipe Tracking System

In seamless steel pipe industry, according to the oil casing standard released by American Petroleum Institute, the production process of steel pipe must meet the general principles of traceability, to achieve seamless steel pipe information tracking. This paper is based on the project of steel pipe tracking system development which belong to the certain seamless steel pipe factory under Tianjin Pipe Group. Give the system design scheme according to field research and demand analysis with the support of the Internet of Things for industry technology. The paper is mainly describe function design and system development of steel pipe tracking system software from the following four aspects:First, with the research of current Internet of Things for industry technology and pipe tracking technology, laid the theoretical foundation for steel pipe tracking realizing. Secondly, doing overall research of steel pipe tracking system based on industry IOT according to needs analysis, designed steel pipe tracking system refer to the actual production process. Thirdly, determined the tracking system software functions through the research of steel pipe tracking system. Finally, studied the key issues in the establishment of steel pipe tracking system, including the design and implementation of common packet communications module-. the production work order delivery function, production tracking, the curve report function and production data traceability function.
