Design And Implementation Of The Management System Of Telecom Fault Processing

Telecom fault processing management system is the key system in China Telecom Group OSS(Operation Support System)structure,it can be realtimely tracking and processing the fault message which appear in the process of telecommunications business.At the same time,the data and documents related to the fault place on file,which is convenient for the analysis and statistics of the data in the future.In this thesis,on the basis of understanding the shortcomings of the currently Telecom Group fault processing management system,after a comprehensive analysis is made on the demand investigation,feasibility study,construction goal,related technology,system design and realization of telecommunication fault processing management system,introducing component technology,and the combination of XML(eXtensible Markup Language)and workflow technology(JBPM),we give a method based on XML component workflow modeling.By using this method,we finally realize the fault work from a single declaration,acceptance,single,acceptance,transfer,reply,cancellation to placing on file in a set of workflow process,providing technical support for China Telecom group.According to the actual characteristics of fault processing,the system should have the characteristics of user oriented flexible customization of process.At the same time the system uses the framework of B/S model,the browser and server interaction way,it brings flexibility and convenience for the user.In this system we can understand the fault information timely through the tracking and processing of the fault message,so as to deal with the fault and the targeted maintenance in real time,Effectively reduce the number of faults in the system of Telecom Group,Significantly improve the operation efficiency of Telecom Group system.
