Research And Application Of Workflow Technology In Online Approval Component

The traditional release of information in a simple way of the government system has been unable to meet the constantly changing business needs, but to achieve online approval and consulting business office to enhance the transparency and efficiency of office has become an inevitable trend at present .In the use of workflow technology to make up for control of business processes to support the lack of logic flaws, information systems can better support the organization's business processes.In this paper, i analyse the principle of workflow depthly, particularize the open-source workflow engine jbpm whice used in the system, and expand it on this basis, thereby achieving approval component of jbpm, and the component will be applied to OA system online approval subsystem in the finally.The implementation's workflow approval component of this topic is divided into services components and business component, resolve the enormous waste caused by the duplication of software development of the different applications have to development of an independent work flow system caused of the enormous waste, while the component of good security, versatility and scalability, flexibility and adaptability of the different needs of the majority of enterprises and institutions. In addition, the development process of the component form a good framework for software development, improve the efficiency of software development.At the end of this paper, we analyzed some defects of this object, and supplied the improving direction in the future.
