With the quick development of technology,every walk of life has entered into the intelligence development,like Internet of Things and smart city gradually emerging in our life.The work efficiency of service industry and the production safety of enterprises and the personal safety of the staff will draw more attention from people.So RFID technology with low-power,high speed for identification,none-line-of-sight and antipollution advantages is widely applied in the public area.With the research of the current situation of international and domestic locating technology,this thesis makes a detailed description of the development history of RFID technology and develops the feasibility demonstration in all aspects of its application in the region location.This system not only breaks the previous safety limitation but also successfully designs a new personal location system on the basis of RFID technology.This system makes it convenient for administrators to get information of the presented staff number and their accurate location when some accidents happen or any emergency situation happens,and then they can provide the prompt rescue of them.Meanwhile,this system also provide the data of daily attendance management.This thesis will describe the system from three aspects.First,it will specify the research background,purpose and its significance of this thesis and introduce the technology,its parameter and key technology index.Second,it will introduce the major function,overall structure and network rules of the system from its hardware design,software design and database system,making the software design,implementation procedure and data structure model of database system as the key points in this part.Last,it will introduce some basic location algorithm and choose three of them which are fit for the system,and then promoting the new optimized algorithm under the combination of the three which can improve the location accuracy,lower the level of layout difficulty and save the cost.
