With the continuous expanding of enrollment scale and the adjustment of itseducational structure, Chinese regular higher education has gradually transited from eliteeducation to mass education and college is no longer out of reach. College faculty andstaff undertake the responsibility of not only teaching and instruction but also of more andmore scientific research. Therefore, universities and colleges have paid more and moreattention to how to sufficiently improve technical level and better the scientific researchmanagement service. Development and application of scientific research managementinformation system has become one of the major measures.This thesis mainly introduces the whole development process of the scientificresearch information management system, which is advanced, efficient and convenientand can provide personnel of related posts with software management, such as businessinformation review, query and so on, so that can improve the overall efficiency of thescientific research information management.This thesis consists of the following parts:Firstly, through the collection of relevant data and the management efficiencyanalysis, the thesis points out the necessity of the system development and application ofuniversity scientific research management.Secondly, based on the needs analysis for specific users, the thesis points out theoverall objective, puts forward specific solutions, introduces the related technologies usedin management system development and classifies the system function module.Thirdly, this thesis elaborates the basic framework of scientific research managementsystem. The working process of the system is divided into three layers, among which theupper layer is the data access layer, the middle business is the logic layer, and the lowerlayer is the presentation layer. In the data access layer, the relevant technology of.NETand abstract factory management mode shall be combined, so as to achieve theexpandability and maintainability of such system.Fourthly, the thesis expounds on the key technical support of scientific researchmanagement system and the work mode of its modules, as well as its testing and practical application situation. This thesis solves the design of the system architecture of the dataaccess layer.
