Research On Readers' Satisfaction Degree Of Rural Library

Reading can improve people's cultural accomplishment and improve their national quality.In recent years,the public cultural undertakings have been unprecedented development and progress,in which the prosperity of public libraries has become a powerful push for "civil reading".Both provincial libraries,prefectural and municipal libraries and county libraries at all levels take reading promotion as the central task,and gradually create a good reading atmosphere in the whole society.Then,what is the development of the public libraries in the region below the county level,that is,the township and the community? Township level involves a large number of people,and most of them are farmers.Are the township readers satisfied with the libraries around them,which deserve further analysis and discussion.Firstly,This paper reviews the development status and research situation at home and abroad on the satisfaction of rural public library,and discusses the related satisfaction theories and research methods.On this basis,Establish reader satisfaction index from the system,collection,environment,personnel and service,and then detailed stratification,according to the thirteen index that is opening time,lending rules,book resources,newspapers and periodicals resources,network digital resources,site traffic,internal layout,computer equipment and network services attitude,professional quality,working enthusiasm,interlibrary exchange,reading promotion activities to design questionnaire.Secondly,analysis of the past two years,Wujiang district nine Township Branch annual number of applicants and total borrowing,in order to determine the Shengze Town,Tongli town and Zhenze town library librarians and readers as the research object,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)to establish the township library reader satisfaction hierarchy model.A total of 80 questionnaires were issued,all completed and recovered.Based on the analysis of the reader's characteristics,the construction of judgment matrix,the calculation of the weight of each index and the consistency test,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the reader satisfaction,and gets the current situation of the reader satisfaction in the public libraries in Wujiang district.Finally,through the quantitative analysis of readers' satisfaction index,we are to discuss the achievements and problems of the rural library.Summarize satisfaction promotion strategy from the promotion of the library council system,rich collection of resources,the construction of volunteers,mobile books of services to the countryside and so on.Let "Civil Reading" full flower in the grass.
