China standard EMU is the first fully independent intellectual property of the EMU.In order to ensure the safety and comfort of high-speed train,the acceleration sensor is installed in the position of train body and bogie.When the sensor is placed on the bogie,the acceleration signal is processed by the algorithm;When the sensor is placed on the plane of the vehicle,the collected acceleration signal can be judged by the algorithm;Therefore,in accordance with standard China standard of railway products of EMU,with accurate high precision data acquisition function,can prevent the transmission error,and flexible data processing platform came into being.The main work of the author is as follows:1)The overall design scheme of the acceleration acquisition platform for China standard EMU.The PFGA platform is chosen as the front-end acquisition system,and the processor is used as the back-end storage and network system.The platform can be applied to a variety of devices.2)The hardware circuit of the acceleration acquisition platform is completed and debugged,and the samples are completed Conformance testing and other functional testing of acceleration acquisition platform networks.3)The conformance test of acceleration acquisition platform network.The platform can be used in the network system of EMU.In this thesis,the design and implementation of the China standard EMU acceleration acquisition platform has been put into use in a unit.The function of this platform is to collect the acceleration information of different parts of the vehicle.The data is then transmitted to the vehicle evaluation system.To solve the problem of the safety of the car body vibration,the judgment of the operating comfort plays an important role.
