With the rapid development of network technology and digital library research, there are more and more date of readers’information, borrowed record and collection resource in library automation system. The description of the data that in each system and its subsystem are not all the same, and a large amounts of unstructured data exists in the library systems. So you can say a great difference in the data environment, this situation is similar to the information isolated island.This topic is derived from the school program, Students personalized knowledge service platform based on the library business’data analysis. In such a complex data environment, data of collection resources, various data sources of various shapes, from logical to physical are vastly different in thousands of ways. If you need a collection of these data sources, to.acquire effective information, we need to overcome this huge heterogeneous data system, using an effective heterogeneous data integration techniques to solve this problem; Meanwhile, in this data environment of collection resources, there are a variety of different data structures, but there are certain logical connection between them. In the process of heterogeneous data integration, how to ensure reasonable information retrieval and data error correction, how to provide high-quality data services for the upper data users, will be the key issues of data quality management.In this paper; the design and implementation of data care services will mainly solve the problem mentioned above. Firstly, analysis the business requirements and technical difficulties in current data environment, and the problem is subdivided into two sub-problems:heterogeneous data integration and data quality management; Secondly, study the concept, type, characteristics, the key technologies and implementations of data integration and data quality management; on this basis, followed the actual characteristics and application scenarios of the collection resources, through research and analysis of various data integration and data quality management, design and implement a data care services to meet the upper data users.Data care service, presented in this paper, can encapsulate Heterogeneous data from different data sources, provide high-quality data interface service for the data users.
