Dilemma And Breakthrough:Study On The Development Of The Mass Work Of Party Newspaper Under The Circumstance Of New Media

The paper analyses and studies the development of the department of mass w ork in new media circumstance.From the actual situation,it views Anhui Daily Ne wspaper,the newspaper of Anhui provincial commttee,as main studying goal,ana lyses the status of the department of mass work,current situation and future pros pect of development.It understands the content of mass work,the people who parti cipate in work and the problems that we will encounter.Through the discussion an d study of this work,we create new idea and new method to serve for mass in the n ew historical condition.According to goal of study and main content,I use some approaches of question naire investigation depth interview and material collection analysis to complete th e paper.The first chapter illustrates the developmental history and current changes o f mass work according to the materials collected.The second chapter illustrates th e history and development of mass department in Anhui Daily Newspaper.And it an alyses conclusion and summarise the problems that mass department,in country e ncounter in the new media environment.The third chapter analyses and investigate s the staffs,mass and reader of mass department in Anhui Daily Newspaper throug h interview and questionnaire.Finally it discusses changes of work property of it an d the change of participating population and internal mechanism.Through investigation and research,we know the changes of the working style o f Anhui Daily industry group under the new media environment and the change in th e participation group and internal mechanisms.We can conclude the plight of holdin g the mass work so as to think the adjustive measure that industry group should take.It is that we should adhere to the mass line,deepen the work of the masses,broaden t he channels of communication,seek integration and development,improve work eff iciency and stimulate the work passion.
