With the rapid development of electronic information technology,electronic equipment,network technology,optical fiber transmission and other field have the demand for digital signal transmission rate that is getting higher and higher.But the traditional data transmission methods such as RS-232,RS-422,etc have the limitations in speed,power,Noise,cost,electromagnetic interference and other aspects,so we can use the low-voltage differential signal(Low Voltage Differential Signal,LVDS)technology to achieve high-speed data transmission.Because this technology has high speed,low power consumption,low noise,low cost and other advantages,so in the design of high-speed circuit,LVDS has been widely used to solve high-speed data transmission's bottlenecks.In this context,the project of this thesis uses the LVDS technology for high-speed data transmission board to study and design.The purpose of the project is to achieve high-speed data signal transmission,and to sent the high-speed data to the liquid crystal silicon which is called LCOS(Liquid Crystal on Silicon)chip to display.The display of the LCOS needs to be measured with a dedicated optical device.In the transmission of the high-speed circuit,there will be signal integrity problems,such as reflection and cross talk which will affect the signal transmission quality,while the design of board power may have an important impact on the stability of the entire system,so,when we design the PCB board it is needed to do the analysis of the integrity for signal and power.This thesis first designed the specific implementation of the project,including signal transmission program design,power supply design,and the PCB design.Second,by looking for a lot of information,selecting the specific chip model,analyzing the working principle of the chip,this thesis designs the specific application circuits.Thirdly,the principle of signal and power integrity is deduced and verified systematically,and the thesis provides the theoretical basis for the design of the high-speed data transmission board with an example.Finally,the design of high-speed data transmission board based on LVDS technology is completed,and the whole data transmission system is tested.The experimental results show that the system requirements are met.The realization of the high-speed data transmission board includes the design of the LVDS interface circuit,the design of the FPGA circuit and its power supply circuit,thedesign of the power supply circuit of the LCOS chip,and the use of Cadence tool to set the constraint rule of the layout and the wiring,and the analysis of PCB diagram's integrity.
