In the media society,the media image is an important channel and reference to understand the outside world.At present,the influence of network media has surpassed newspapers,radio,television and other media,and has better realized the infinite transmission of information in space.The image of college young teachers on network media has received more and more concern,which affects the public's understanding on the objective reality of the college young teacher group,and to a large extent also affects the group's cognition on themselves.In fact the process of media coverage of young teachers in colleges and universities is the formation process of that group's mimicry environment.However,the reports of online media usually focus on the teaching ability,ideological style,career development,training management and physical and mental health of the young teachers' groups,which are comprehensive and objective.And currently,there are few researchs on the construction of college young teachers' media image.In the reports on People.cn,college young teachers are suffered from hardships in life,teaching,researching and promotion,including arduous work,confusion and great pressure,which showing a negative,diversified,vulgar,emotional and utilitarian image.These media images and characteristics,is bound to influence the cognitive on college young teachers of the public and group's own.However,these images and features are actually the mimicry reality.Overall,the reports on college young teachers in People.cn are plenty,diverse and comprehensive,but after careful classification and contrastion,college young teachers' image on People.cn is biased,labeledand distorted,which is closely related to the complex group image of young teachers,the interest drive of the media and the snooping psychology of the public.In order to create a reasonable,objective and comprehensive media image of college young teachers,and avoid cognitive bias caused by mimicry environment,we should at first recognize the cognitive,motivating,consulting and monitoring role of a positive image on network media,and maintain the correct orientation of public opinion,adhere to the principle of comprehensive and balanced reporting,adhere to the social responsibility of the media,and strengthen the policy support and guidance to promote the rational construction of college young teachers' image on network media.
