From a point of view in the scope of the world,the television program were losing ground in the ratings as media market coming into relative surplus. As a "living agenda", TV maybe an inevitable choice for elders, but it is far from attractive to young people.We are experiencing the gradual integration of traditional media and new media. The advantages of"next-generation media" are emerging, such as Mobile TV, IPTV, broadband networks and high-definition television .Correspondingly, the next generation of audience who was born in the last century 80's has already formed considerable scale,and becoming the main consumer of China media. At present, TV communication takes people from various social sectors, irrespective of age as its own audience. Therefore, it is thankless for TV because programs are difficult to cater to all tastes. The struggle for source of attention was played between all media and sub-media. On condition of industrialized operation of television, starting a new round of"To do Television for young people"is objective requirement of improving the"audience-based concept".The thesis is composed of 4 parts. The first is the interpretation of contemporary communication pattern: The media changes from differentiation to integration. Then, from the analysis of changes we found that the absence of a younger audience has gradually emerged during the specialization of TV program. As a result, it leads to the integration of TV media and new media, which is a necessary way"To do TV for young people". The thinking of younger,were born after 1980s, have undergone a new times which is from close to open. Compared with other group, they are quite easy to accept new things. In the process of communication, new media has also communicated a new spirit. Such as represent myself, innovation, pluralistic coexistence, which are adapted for younger to produce the resonance. Furthermore, the new media has great embodiment on spread service which is paying more attention to experience and exchange for customer, for example Blog, Podcasting and so on. It is also more syndical with younger's pursuance, and absorbed so many young bloods, who are supporting and love this culture. Depending on this understanding, we have also understand how to retrieve the TV, that is we can use the new communication spirit and technology which belong to new media for saving the conventional media TV. And also TV and network are going into the new times of spiritual amalgamation, after which were undergone technical and operated amalgamation.
