Design And Implementation Of Graduate Information Management System

With the development of high education in our country,the enrollment scale of university is increased year by year and the number of graduate is also increased accordingly.The employment management of graduates of university is an important work that related to university sustainable development and social stability.The development of graduate employment management system provides technical support and service for graduates.First,requirements of graduate management information system are analyzed by UML use case diagram.Users of information system are divided into several participants of system manager,student,recruit company and etc.And use case models are established for every participant.Users' functional requirement can be acquired by use case diagram.Several businesses such as information publish,contract management,contract break management,privilege grant are analyzed by flow chart model.Business process and operations in business are described by flow chart model.Secondly,the system is designed based on system requirement analysis result.The technical of J2 EE is selected for system development platform establishment,and the system is divided into three layers.Calling sequences between different layers according to certain rules,and can ensure normality during system implementation.Functional classes and methods are designed for System Management module,Information Management Module,Recruit Management Module,Comprehensive Business Module and Statistical Module.Database model is designed to meet data storage requirement in every module,and database tables are created.On the basis of system requirement analysis and system design,the system is accomplished and user interfaces are designed.Finally,the system is comprehensively tested.System test result show that the system meet users' requirement and attain system expected goal.Graduate employment system is running stable,and can meet requirement in employment management processes.
