In the process of software development,lack of systematic,quality control and assurance is the main reason for failure.The software engineering's appearance is to solve the above-mentioned issues,and provide a theoretical basis for developing high-quality software products.In accordance with object-oriented software engineering model,this article analysis of the function demand and the system requirements with the user case in the light of the needs analysis after a broad exchange to users.Then in the light of the contents of system design and methodology,designed the Graduate Information Management System.In order to facilitate a timely manner and to carry out system maintenance,proposed one kind of way based on the Web long-distance maintenance and make a detail design.Finally realized the Graduate Information Management System which is based on the B/S.The major work of this article is as follows:Firstly,through the research needs of users,to use with the example modeling way,has carried on the description to the demand,has expounded the function demand and the system requirements.Secondly,according to the system's flexibility,adaptability and security of demand,made an overall design,unifies development tools such as Visio,PowerDesigner,has carried on the system construction design,the network topology design,the connection design,the safe design and the database design,and unified UML the chart to describe the system function module design.Thirdly,in view of the maintenance demand as well as the traditional maintenance method's flaw,proposed one kind of way based on the Web long-distance maintenance,and has realized the maintenance system which forms a complete set with the Graduate Information Management System,thus raised the maintenance efficiency,and reduced the maintenance cost and the time.Fourthly,reliazed the Graduate Information Management System and the web remote maintenance system based on knowledge by asp.net and N tier framework.The Graduate Information Management System and the web remote maintenance system based on knowledge has been applied.Using the Graduate Information Management can be effective in promoting the management standardization,the scientific style effectively,reduce the management cost,and improve the working efficiency.
