Design And Implementation Of Management System Of Graduate School Of Chengdu Police Officer Commanding

With the rapid development of computer technology, the level of office automation rising, terms for heavy maintenance work of industries, the manual operation often takes too much manpower and material resources. Various types of OA system software take the place of it because of its significant advantages such as efficiency and convenience. Similarly, due to the special nature of the armed institutions, in the Armed Police Academy, graduate management through the network is very convenient and important. Original Graduate Management platform is not suitable for the needs of the present stage, then developing a high-performance,a more efficient, more convenient and more secure Graduate Management System is very important for graduate management.This thesis briefly introduces the Ruby on Rails development framework overview, features, and core architecture. This thesis applies its property of agile development to develop Chengdu Armed Police Academy’s Graduate Management System, and uses the Microsoft’s cross-browser, cross-platform rich interactive applications Silverlight to design and implement the system’s front desk. This thesis bases on the current status of Chengdu Armed Police Academy’s graduate management work, and detailed analyzes the demand of the student enrollment management module, the student training management module and degree management module, focuses on design of the student enrollment management module, the student training program management module, the teaching program management module, the elective management module, the student achievement management module, through interactive technology of the Ruby on Rails and Silverlight to implement the development of the functional modules of the system. The associated algorithm of the elective module and course scheduling module is certain researched and designed, combined with the actual situation of the features of the Armed Police’s graduate students and system requirements, using optimized volunteer screening algorithm to implement elective function, using Genetic Algorithms to complete the course scheduling program design, and ultimately more appropriate to solve the system’s elective and course scheduling problem.This study, for the development of agile WEB, there is a certain significance, for cultivation the information technology professionals of High-quality new troops, improving service levels and efficiency of schools, achieving resource information sharing, real-time command and decision, teaching and training of autonomy, collaborative service activities, business management automation, it has played a positive role in promoting.
