Energy is the lifeblood of the modern economy.With the increasing depletion of traditional fossil fuels,development of social economy has been severely restricted.Therefore,it is imperative to develop and utilize the renewable energy and promote the green transformation of the energy structure.In recent decades,the rapid development of solar energy heat utilization industry,of which solar water heating system is the most widely used.However,the current management of solar water heating system is less efficient,and the level of information technology and automation has yet to be improved.In addition,with the rise of contract energy management service industry,solar water heating system must have the function of energy measurement and statistical analysis of performance indicators.According to the development of solar water heater industry demand,a solar water heater project data collector is developed,which has the functions of data acquisition,energy metering and communication relay,the solar water heating system can be realized by remote monitoring server.The design of the remote monitoring system of solar hot water system is analyzed,and the function design and structural design of data collector are put forward.The method of data monitoring and energy measurement of solar water heating system is studied,the energy input and output model of the solar water heating system is established,and the calculation method of the relevant calculation parameters is given.The hardware design of the circuit module is completed.The design of embedded software and application software is completed,and the transplant process of real-time operating system and file system is expounded,and the application software is designed according to the function requirement of data acquisition device.Because of the signal interference in the practical application of the data acquisition system,the sampling signal distortion is easily caused.The interference signal is eliminated by digital filtering technology.The idea of universal design of data collector is put forward,the dynamic configuration of various parameters and measurement formulas is realized,so that the data collector can be compatible with different solar water heating system.
