Solar energy water heating system as an important direction of the solar energy utilization has been widely generalized.Household solar water heater cannot meet the demand of market now,it needs to be upgrade with the characteristic of centralized heating,intelligent control and remote management.Therefore,it's becoming more important to monitor the system and evaluate the performance of the system.Solar water heating system has variety of forms,the design of general data acquisition should follow two principles:First is up to the standards of national measurement and monitoring;The second is conducive for subsequent development.This paper analyzed the characteristics of the system in detail,put forward the measurement and monitoring of performance requirements and give in the overall design scheme of data acquisition.The hardware circuit design of the data acquisition is simple and reliable.It's mainly made up of MCU minimum system,power supply module,storage module,serial communication module and Ethernet communication module.MCU minimum system mainly consists of STM32F103VET6,due to its calculation speed and other characteristics can be easily ported to embedded operating system.Board Support Package was been completed,including: STM32 firmware library configuration,?C/OS and FatFs transplantation,MCU peripherals function packaging,Ethernet and other chips function packaging etc..BSP only provides the mechanism not to provide the strategy,for the application layer software development reserved more space.Application layer software was been completed in the high cohesion and low coupling standard,requires a reasonable arrangement of tasks.It mainly includes: the configuration of data acquisition by the terminal and WEB;acquisition of data,calculation and transmission;maintenance of the network;the storage of data and the log.The test results of the data data acquisition show that the measurement and monitoring are stable and reliable.Layered packaging design ideas provide convenience for further development.The design of the Solar water heating system data acquisition provides an important management technique for the application of solar water heating project.
