Compared with the traditional fossil fuel,solar energy is a kind of green and clean energy.With the national development of renewable energy policies have been introduced,solar thermal utilization get more and more recognition becauses of its low cost,high efficiency characteristics.At present,household solar water heaters have tended to be saturated and have some disadvantages,such as simple structure,single function,lack of monitoring system and so on.The solar water heating system engineering market is developing rapidly,in practice,there are also problems such as monitoring software compatible with poor development,running data missing,the management of the scene controller is not standard,and can not form a unified standard.Combined with the existing problems of the existing monitoring software and the field control system,The purpose of this project is to propose a system of solar water heating project monitoring system which can be popularized and systematic.This paper introduces the present situation of solar water heating system,and the development of the Java EE platform based on OPC communication technology,has a field monitor and Web monitoring system for solar water heating system,which can realize the functions of reliable field operation,real-time data acquisition,running fault alarm,data analysis and so on.Firstly,understand of the basic principles of solar water heating system,summarizes the shortcomings of the existing system,and puts forward the general idea and monitoring framework of solar energy collection and control system.Analyzed Java EE platform and the significant advantages of OPC technology.Secondly,design the overall of the solar collector in the field,which includes the basic principles of the controller unit,communication module,HMI human-computer interaction,hot water system operation,and the basic principles of the electrical design of the site,to ensure the normal operation of the monitoring part of the site.Once again,build a Web server system architecture,analyzed OPC technology and communication of field monitoring part,the compatibility of Java EE platform,the accuracy of the data collection and configuration of the server.The actual operating results of the system show that the control system is stable,and the Web data acquisition and information configuration is accurate,so it is easy to spread and apply.
