With the depletion of fossil energy and the aggravation of environmental pollution,the solar energy,as a kind of widely used green renewable energy,is increasingly being valued by the society.In recent years,in order to meet the needs of users of hot water,various types of hot water systems in the country to use more and more widely,including solar water heating projects because of its pollution-free,low-power advantages of much attention.However,subject to industry standards,most of the solar hot water project is a serious lack of system operating data,is not conducive to improving the efficiency of system heat collection and control strategy optimization.Not only that,the domestic solar hot water project is also widespread regional distribution decentralized,poor control and other issues.The development of solar hot water remote monitoring and control system has a high value,to improve solar energy utilization,optimize system management and other aspects have a certain research value.The aim of the research is to develop real-time monitoring and energy consumption measurement system of solar hot water project,which can realize real-time monitoring data collection,data storage,energy consumption statistical analysis and fault alarm function.On the basis of a detailed understanding of the system composition and working principle of the solar hot water project,the overall design scheme of the monitoring software system is put forward.The system software architecture,the core module design and the use of related core technologies are described.Completed the server software,remote monitoring and control software and WEB platform design and development.Real-time monitoring of the existing solar water heating project and energy consumption analysis,energy-saving emission reduction targets for the industry to provide data base.The introduction of fault tree analysis,and combined with typical solar hot water project failure actually occurs analyze research,has accumulated practical experience to enhance the fault diagnosis technology.At the same time,you can get from the fault detection experience in engineering,improve system maintenance quality,from the maintenance costs to improve project efficiency,and effective protection of water needs of users.
