Research On Building Integration Of Solar Water Heater Control System

There are many types of solar water heating systems used in residential construction in China, compared with the match of the building, control form is single and poor degree of integration. At present our country city residential building’s construction and development, mainly in high-rise building, therefore the solar water heating system in residential architecture form and size has put forward higher requirements, the solar building integrated hot water control system will determine whether to achieve to promote the use of solar water heating in urban architecture.Because of the system heat collection efficiency, heat supply, operation stability and other factors, if still adopt a simpler control method that can not solve the relevant technical problems. In this paper, according to central heating household heat storage system, developing a solar hot water controller, which using PLC (controller) and SCM (household controller) combined with control, PLC to facilitate intelligent integrated monitoring and control, which has stable operation and high reliability, connection with the solar energy heat collector, water pump, a temperature sensor, a heat collecting water tank, electromagnetic valve and other components for the system solar collector. SCM has the advantages of small volume, powerful function, cheap price, connection with the domestic water tank, an electric heating device and a household electromagnetic valve device for the system heat exchanger, automatically open the electric heating when the water temperature is below standard, in order to achieve personalized use.The paper focuses on the hardware circuit design of the hot water control systems(total controller and household controller) and the relevant software program design, and gives the testing laboratories.
