| With the improvement of living standard,the public pay more and more attention to health problems,so health communication has become a research hotspot.The mass media in health communication offers a variety of effective channels,to a certain extent,awakening the consciousness of health of the public and improving the level of the public health.At the same time,the rapid development of the media also plays an important role in health communication.As one of the representatives of the media,WeChat has many advantages in the field of health communication.Based on the study of daily health care information issues,from a health communication perspective,this paper focuses on the situation of health preservation information dissemination and the impact on audience's daily health behaviors.This paper summarizes the development of health communication and the basic theories,and analyzes causes of the "WeChat Health Preservation hot" phenomenon.The reasons are as follows: the particularity of healthy information,commercial demand,the needs of construction of health of China;to cope with the needs of social health risks.In order to analyze the situation of the health preservation information dissemination in WeChat platform and the impact on the users,the article adopts questionnaire and in-depth interview to investigate the WeChat users.The research mainly involves three aspects: the users' awareness of health preservation information,the users' trust in the health preservation information,the practice of health preservation information.The results show that the main problems existing in the communication process are: reading rate is low,the credibility is not high,the practice will is restricted by many factors.At the end of the article,some targeted suggestions around the above problems are put forward: enhancing the readability of health preservation information,improving the credibility of health preservation information,promoting users' media literacy and scientific literacy. |
