As the rising profit of real estate industry in China recent years,many large enterprises and even small enterprises have tried to rush into the real estate industry without any hesitation,which contributed to uneven levels of project management in the real estate industry.For the real estate industry,the project management is a top priority of the development.On the one hand,the level of project development and management will not only affect the final completion time,also affect the quality of products,so as to influence the attitude and decision of the buyer;On the other hand,a higher level of project development and management through the entire project life cycle can carry a strict control or even reduce the budget to a certain extent on the premise of guarantee quality and time limit for a project.It can be proved that a high quality of the plan management will ensure the quality of products,provide a good marketing and make a good control of the cost from both sides,which can be regarded as an important means of the company to increase income while reducing expenditure.So how to standardize the management of real estate projects to enhance the core competitive advantage has become the focus of real estate industry development.In this paper,with the above background,taking the S real estate as the specific case to design the system,which is totally customized designed according to the present development situation and demands of the S real estate.In addition,this system has the conditions for integration with the relevant ERP approval system and taxation system currently used by the company.In this way,the project development plan can be managed and controlled throughout the entire life cycle,achieving the goal of data sharing,industry integration,and efficient operation of all departments.The system is customized based on the real demands and goals of W.At present,the information environment of S enterprise is SAP ECC 6.0 EHP6,and the development of this system will be based on SAP RE solution,which contains three modules including the core module-the development plan management,the basic module-the main data management,and the display module – reporting and analysis.Based on the analysis of the ERP develop technology used in the real estate industry,and considering the integration with other system of the enterprise,the implementation of this system will develop on B/S and C/S,using Web Dynpro for Abap technology.In addition,in order to fully guarantee the safety,practicality,simplicity and scalability of the system,the system also makes some security designs,such as access control,data backup and so on.After the system was designed and implemented,it takes a large amount of real data from the company to perform multiple tests such as unit testing,integration testing,regression testing,etc.,and through the use of the company within the pilot on-line scope,the following conclusions are reached: Business master data can be shared among all departments.The development plan management standardizes the construction management process of the first-line project,and improves the plan control effect through planning early warning and plan feedback function;the operation of the system is basically stable,but it still cannot avoid individual program bugs and system dumps under special circumstances.Overall,this system basically satisfies the functional requirements of S enterprise,but it is also necessary to take appropriate management rules and regulations and make a high quality using of the system for achieving the goals of S completely and truly.
