A Research About The Reportings Under The Subject Of Influential Theme Events On Provincial Party Newspapers In The Five Northwest Provinces Of China

In today's society of the media industry increasingly developed and value diversification,any country or region must have its own mainstream media.In our country,the party newspapers are the eyes and ears of the party,the government and the people,and are responsible for propagandizing and interpreting the party and national guidelines and policies.Party newspaper media has always been in a position of the mainstream media also because of its authority,guidance and credibility.The provincial(district)party newspapers,as the intermediate link of our party newspaper system,pass the relevant spirit of the party and country,combined with the actual development of the local situation,to carry out innovative propaganda and report,having the effect that other media can not be replaced.Organizing and planning for significant theme events reported,has always been the important content of party newspaper news media publicity,and also the traditional advantages of the party newspapers.The major events that the party newspaper mediapays attention to,is usually the propaganda and interpretation to the major decision-making deployment of the party and the government,the arrangement of the central work and the report of the significant propositions of the times.In the media industry competitive today's society,that the provincial party newspaper media how to play their own advantages,make a good report on significant theme events,and further enhance the guiding force of public opinion is an important subject that the party newspapers seek their own development,shape and consolidate the mainstream media status.In the face of a major event,the provincial party newspaper media should select what materials to report?What extent of significance is the selected report content given?Are there any changes reported on different time nodes?How to organize and construct news text,that is,what kind of framework is used by the party newspaper media to report on the incident?All of these questions are to be answered in this current study.On the basis of studying the relevant literature,this paper takes the provincial party newspaper media of the five northwestern provinces of China as the research object,by investigating the framework of the news reports on the theme events of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in the provincial party newspapers of the five northwestern provinces,to conduct text analysis and reveal the common types of framework,influencing factors and frame effect of the provincial party newspapers for major theme events in the news report,in order to explore how the provincial party newspapers will screen the news material in the face of the major theme events,and in what way to combine and construct the materials,summed up reporting techniques and tendencies of the provincial party newspapers for major theme events.Exploring the provincial party newspapers in the tide of rapid development of new media,how to improve the report ways and contents as for the theme events,so as to better improve the communicating effect and propose instructional advice.On this basis,the provincial party newspapers to the future dissemination development will focus on the purposeful plan and outlook.Based on this study,the paper argues that the provincial party newspapers of five northwestern provinces have a homogeneous tendency to convey the reports of major theme events,and have played a huge propaganda and guidance role by virtue of the advantages of quality and quantity.At the same time,as for this report,there exists some problems like reporting in the single and too serious mechanical.In the framework of the report,there generally exists structural imbalances,has one-dimensional downlink propagation characteristics,and lack of feedback from the grassroots level.To this end,the party newspaper media have to innovate major theme events reports.That only to actively integrate,loudly voice,do detailed plans in the report contents,forms,communication channels and other aspects,and pay attention to the feedback channels from the bottom to top,can further adapt to the needs of readers.And constantly enhancing the newspaper's leadership,influence,and transmissibility can better respond to media competition,shape and consolidate their own mainstream media status.
