Design And Establish Of Chengdu Environmental Information Publishing Platform

Based on development of environmental information publishing system and practical application situation,the author in this thesis uses mainstream technologies to establish environmental information publishing system combined with domestic and international environmental information publishing platform.The main research contents are as follows:First,the author illustrates main applied technologies used in system.J2 EE platform and Oracle data base are briefly introduced.The Struts frame,Spring frame and Hibernate frame,which are widely used in system,are introduced in detail.In this paper,the C/S mode and B/S mode are compared with each other.And then author analyzes the reasons of choosing C/S mode.Second,the author makes systematic analyses of the environmental information publishing system.Detailed functional requirements of the system are analyzed.The overall framework and logical structure of the system are designed based on the modular design idea.According to analyses of the different modules' functional process,the workflow is deduced.The author briefly describes the principles of system.Third,the author designs the environmental information platform in detail.All the system users are divided into three categories: ordinary users,information administrators and system administrators.The main function modules of the system are designed,including: information query module,information feedback module,information management module,information editing module,information module,system maintenance module and authority management module.The function of each module is designed and explained and the flow charts of the key process are given.The structure of the system database are given and database tables are created.Fourth,the author implements and tests the system.And author builds the system test environment to verify the function of the whole system.According to the problems encountered in the system testing,the system is improved and optimized.The implementation of the environmental information publishing system can meet the needs of editing,managing and publishing environmental information,which helps to make the most use of environmental information.
