The Design And Implementation Of Electronic Component's Information Management And Screening Delivery System

The internal security and high-efficiency information construction of an enterprise directly affects the efficiency of the enterprise's production management,especially for the enterprises which provide services for military or aerospace industry.For a research institute affiliated to the National Aerospace System,it is necessary to ensure the confidentiality and security of information in the production process.How to accurately grasp the implementation of production tasks and make the confidential information in the internal network of the institute communicate with the external network safely and efficiently is a topic of great significance.This paper introduces the design and implementation of the electronic components information management and screening delivery system.According to the actual needs of the Research Institute,the system not only needs to manage the implementation of production tasks and manage the electronic components information for production execution,but also needs to protect the security of the internal networks and make the data exchange expediently and efficiently between the internal and external networks.After detailed analysis of the user's demand for the system,the system is divided into data synchronization module,workflow to-do module,business statistics module,send screen management module,information transfer module,user rights management module.The data synchronization module realizes data sharing between the system and the existing system of the intranet.The workflow to-do module generates to-do items and manages them according to the business operation process,and realizes the mutual cooperation of each user in the work.The business statistics module manages the preparation of production tasks,the lack of materials,the implementation of electronic components from procurement to storage,and the statistical management of the enterprise~'s ongoing production tasks.The send screen management module is responsible for the management of registration and approval of electronic components,and provides a platform for internal and external interaction of data information.The information transfer module performs data processing and encapsulation on the information transmitted between the internal and external networks,and uses the two-dimensional bar code technology and the sensor identification technology to solve the mutual transfer needs.The user rights management module realizes the user account management and login authentication.The electronic components information management and screening delivery system uses Browser/Server structure,using the three open source frameworks of Spring,SpringMVC and Hibernate for overall development.The system data storage adopts the SQL Server database.The system uses Spring Security as the security framework to realize user login authentication and authorization.Document generation of the system uses the Apache POI technology,using QRCode coding technology and combined encryption method to encapsulate and process information.The design of the user interface is completed with HTML+CSS+jQuery.At the same time,the use of Bootstrap toolkit makes the interface more concise and beautiful.At present,the system has been deployed and tested,the test results show that the system meets the needs of the users.
