The Design And Implementation Of Shanxi Province Enterprise’s Environmental Behavior Information Management System

With the continuous advance of informationization courses in the global scope, informationresources and technologies as new-style production factors are involved into the wholeprocess of reproduction. Reproduction in this environment can not only bring profoundchanges to model of production, way of life and social development, but also to a great exentpromote the transformation of traditional economy to a new pattern. In the modern society,the key factor to measure the comprehensive strength and international competitiveness is theinformationization level. In the metaphase of eighties last century, our country began todevelop environmental informationization and has archived remarkable results after20years’development, which has established good foundation for accelerating the historic conversionof environmental protection, as well as realizing “digital environmental protection”.Although Shanxi is a major province of energy throughout the country, industrialpollution from super-heavy industries such as coal, electric power, metallurgy, chemicalengineering and coking, etc. is very serious as a result of the severe environmental situationand backward level of environmental supervision, in addition to people’s weak awareness ofenvironmental protection. Therefore, in light of these circumstances, shanxi provincialgovernment has put forward that, we should regard environmental informationization capacityconstruction as the priority among priorities in the work of environmental protection. And inorder to cooperate with the implementation of this plan, we have successively formulated aseries of laws and regulations, suggesting specific requirements and planning for the workenvironmental protection. Besides, in response to the Shanxi provincial Party committee’s call,it is necessary to exploit and build a set of environmental behavior information managementsystem with perfect function. Through the practice of investigation and analysis into corporateenvironmental behavior, it can be known that the whole system is mainly made up of thesystem of collection and management of the corporate environmental behavior information,the system of discrimination, identification and management of violations of the enterpriseenvironment, the system of rectification, correction and auxiliary management of adverseenvironmental behavior of enterprises, and other auxiliary management function and auxiliarydecision systems, which cannot be completed in a short period of time because of the largequantities. Consequently, in a way of general design and implementation step by step, it isresearched and realized in terms of information collection of corporate environmentalbehavior and management system in this text.This system is based on the three layer system of B/S framework, whose foregrounddevelopment tools is Visual Studio2010and background database is Microsoft SQL Sever2008, besides these mainstream tools, it also comprises integrated environmental of graphicsand models Microsoft Office Visio2007. The system provides a good human-computer interface for users, basically meeting the demands of collection and management of thecorporate environmental behavior information, and it has high data query, information storageand information management functions. This system can carry out collection, management ofenvironmental behavior information, and can facilitate governments’ supervision andinspection of environmental behavior of enterprises in the meanwhile.
