The Research On Quality Management Of CE Corporation A Software Development Project

With the development of science and technology,modern warfare has gradually evolved into an information warfare,electronic warfare,software has been more and more widely used in various fields of military applications,and it has become an essential component of weapon equipment system.As a result,the performance of weapon and equipment system is directly dependent on the quality of software.For the management of software quality,it has established a set of widely recognized standards based on many at home and abroad software companies' practical experience.At this point,the Capability Maturity Model Integration(CMMI)is a typical standard.This paper takes CE Corporation A Project as research object.A Project due to belong to the aviation equipment software to be used in the air so the quality requirements are particularly strict.In addition to the functional requirements,but also should consider the performance,reliability and other aspects of requirements,especially in terms of security,must have no failure of high security.According to the user's request,A Project development is divided into C-type and S-type two stages.In the development of C-type,due to the quality control of the process there are some problems,resulting in C-type products failed to meet the required quality,product delivery has also benn delayed,and the user has a bad effect.Through a lot of research on the software development team,this paper uses the Pareto diagram and Causal analysis diagram which are the common tools of quality management theory to analyze the problem and cause related to software quality during the software program management in CE Corporation.On this basis,according to the CMMI theoretical framework and combined with PDCA work methods,this paper puts forward strategies and schemes applicable to the A Project from the requirements management process,software design and implementation process(including software review,configuration management,software testing and other segments),quality assurance process etc.Through the implementation of the scheme in the development of S-type,the results show that the project has received good results in the requirements management,software design and implementation,quality assurance and software testing and other key segments,and the software product quality has been greatly improved.All of this verifies the effectiveness of the proposed scheme to a certain extent.Through the study of this paper,we discuss the possibility of implementing CMMI in military enterprises similar to CE Corporation.We hope the successful practice and experience of project quality management in A Project base on CMMI,would provide some reference value to other Corporation which encounters the similar problems to software management.
