With the continuous improvement of the Internet infrastructure,the introduction of favorable policies and the continuous penetration of the Internet in various fields,that promotes the continued growth of the scale of Internet users.The expansion and fragmentation brought about development of the Internet,has changed the way that audience to get information and reading habits,the user of the vertical acceleration and the pursuit of accurate information,they tend to spend less time and energy,obtain more information content.As the main channel of information and knowledge acquisition on the Internet,Q & A website has experienced a spurt of growth in the past few years,the domestic Q & A website has helped user solve massive problems.At the same time,the implantation of social attributes and the characteristics of vertical subdivision based on interest,make it able to meet and enrich the information content of the people's quality,precision,personalized requirements.The Internet and social Q&A site and sharing spirit of user has increasing.Inevitably the quality of answer will be different.So it is particularly important to explore the factors that will affect the user's perceived usefulness,and how to enhance the adoption of question answer.In order to explore the impact of social influence factors of adoption behavior answer question,the research based on the existing research at home and abroad,combined the Technology Acceptance Model,Information Adoption Model,Elaboration Likelihood Model,taking Zhihu website as an example,establish the answer behavior model.In the course of the study,with reference to some existing scale,we designed "Zhihu answer adoption behavior questionnaire",For the experimental data,the author analyzes it using SPSS software,includes descriptive statistics,reliability and validity test,correlation analysis,regression analysis.Secondly,in order to further verify the hypothesis,using depth interviews to verify the conclusion,analysis of the reason is not significant assumptions,dig out the influence of other factors through the semi-structured interview to improve the model;in view of the objectivity of Edge path,we use Web crawling data and establish regression model to verify the results.Through the empirical analysis and interview analysis in answer quality integrity,easy understanding,richness,originality,accuracy has a significant influence on perceived usefulness,accuracy is not significantly affected;in the source credibility inrespondents influence and information support has a significant impact on perceived usefulness,perceived usefulness has a significant impact on answer adoption behavior.According to the conclusions,this paper puts forward suggestions and countermeasures from the two aspects of information quality and source of information.
