| As a solution to the problem of instant search of tacit knowledge,social Q&A community has developed rapidly and received extensive attention from scholars.In recent years,some problems have been exposed in the process of expansion,such as insufficient knowledge contribution and low activity of users.How to enhance the spiritual reward of users' knowledge contribution(such as improving information adoption)to improve the enthusiasm of users' participation has become an important work in community operation.In addition,the interactive behavior of comments is increasingly rich,which has an important impact on the Q&A activities,and to a large extent affects the activity of the community.How to clarify the mechanism of its formation and evolution and the relationship between its formation and information adoption has also become an important issue for communities and users.In this paper,from the perspective of online interaction,combined with information adoption model,online interaction factors are incorporated into the information adoption model to explore the direct impact and regulatory effect of online interaction behavior of respondents on information adoption.In addition,in view of the above results of regression analysis and the importance of comment interaction,from the perspective of social network,the paper uses the exponential random graph model to analyze the formation mechanism of comment interaction network and its relationship with information adoption.The specific contents and research results are as follows:(1)The direct effect of online interaction of respondents on information adoption and its moderating effect.Each factor of online interaction(interaction quantity,response timeliness and richness)has a positive impact on information adoption,and has different regulatory effects on information quality and information source reliability.The quantity of online interaction negatively regulates the relationship between information quality and information adoption and the relationship between information source reliability and information adoption.The timeliness of respondents' responses negatively regulates the relationship between respondents' historical response level and information adoption.The richness of respondents' responses negatively regulates the relationship between the types of external references and information adoption,negatively regulates the relationship between the historical answer level and information adoption,and positively regulates therelationship between text diversity and information adoption.(2)The formation mechanism of comment interaction network.The formation of comment interaction network is influenced by the self-organization of network and the attribute of actor,that is,there are pure structure effect and individual social choice behavior.The comment interaction network has the obvious sparse tendency,which has the remarkable activeness,the transmission,the reciprocity.Users who are active in knowledge activities are also more likely to initiate comments to others.Respondents and users who have more followers,excellent respondents or personal certification marks are more likely to receive comments from others.Users of the same gender are also more likely to form comment interaction.(3)Research on the relationship between comment interaction and information adoption behavior.There is a significant correlation between voting network and comment interaction network,which tends to occur together and carry each other.That is to say,users who vote for the answer are more likely to comment on the respondents,and users who actively interact with the respondents are more likely to vote for the answer(information adoption).There is a large probability of overlap between the two types of users,and there is a two-way circular amplification effect between comment interaction and information adoption.To study the influence of comment interaction on information adoption and the formation of comment interaction network can not only provide relevant theoretical guidance and feasible measures for community operation and user response,but also enrich and expand the existing research on social Q&A and online interaction,making up for the shortcomings of previous studies. |
