Taking the present security and protection(S&P) problems as the background, this thesis tries to unify the standards for program management and the theories of engineering project management, and conducts the related research on the application of the methods of program management to security and protection practices. Set around the program management information systems to deliver incremental revenue management process to discuss, analyze and demonstrate the feasibility of the method, for the security industry has designed a set of program management information system. The entire research process is divided in three stages: First, the thesis analyzes the background of program management, discusses the strategies, the relationship between projects and enterprise development, and sets the theoretical framework of the project management methods.Secondly, it researches on the methods of project management in terms of management processes, organizational framework and information to support three aspects of the project set management information system has been designed for the security industry to develop new management system and to design the system to rely on a set of management information system project, system uses the B/S model, SOA architecture method, using J2EE application platform integrated development environment, use the MySQL database. make one unified uanagement norms for security and protection industry.Finally, the thesis verifies the feasibility of the proposed management system through several security and protection projects, and proves that the system is completely feasible, and thus, manifests that the research subject is of great value.
