MIL-STD-1553 B is a data bus transfer standard.It was proposed by the US military in 1970 s and has been widely used in airborne field.With the increasi ng in the degree of electronic automation in airborne environment,the 1553 B bu s can not meet the requirements of the airborne field in terms of speed and dev ice numbers.FC-AE protocol cluster was formulated by the American National S tandards Institute at the beginning of this century.The FC-AE-1553 protocol is p roposed to realize the transition of the 1553 B protocol from the bus environment to fiber channel environment,it can realize the communication between bus equ ipment and fiber channel equipment.FC-AE-ASM,as another FC-AE protocol,h as been widely used in the fields of radar video transmission and so on because of its simplicity and high transmission rate.The actual FC network simulations a re often related to node equipments of the above three kinds of protocol.The thesis focuses on the design of a general protocol software that support s the above three protocol on the same hardware board.Compared with the tradi tional node device that support the single protocol,it can reduce the hardware v olume and cost,and has certain economic value and research significance.Firstly,this thesis illustrates the status and it's significance,then introduces and analysis the MIL-STD-1553 B bus protocol,the FC-AE-1553 also with the F C-AE-ASM protocol.The specific content includes the level structure of fiber ch annel,the frame or word structure,the data exchange mode and so on.And the n this thesis analysis the driver plan,the requirements of application programmin g interface of protocol layer and user interface functions of the node card.The t hesis introduces the hardware environment of the simulation node card briefly,th en design the driver according to the requirements of the three protocol.The the sis focus on the design of the protocol layer application programming interface,i t divides this layer into various modules and finish the implemention through the reuse of modules and data structure.It also design the user interface of differen t protocol.Finally,it builds a test network environment and make detailed test p lan according to the characteristics of each protocol and tests the protocol logic correctness,software function,data transmission performance,and verifies the sof tware of the node card can support three kind of protocol on the same hardware.
