Design And Implementation Of A District Hospital Information System

Medical system reform in our country focused on the information construction,and reform in this aspect was an important part of the medical system reform.Advanced information systems were required to be established by medical units to complete this reform work,and it was necessary to meet the national standards of information construction.Relevant documents issued in our country promoted the medical system information reform process in the policy aspect.This article will take a district hospital as the research objective.The hospital has achieved rapid development in recent years with complete infrastructure and high level of business,and it's the hope to combine the hospital relocation plan,accomplish the overall improvement of the hospital situation and conduct reform by various divided periods through this opportunity.Hospital information system taking electronic medical records as the core focus is hoped to be constructed with principle of “efficiency,practice,sharing”.The main task of this project is to build a hospital information system of digital hospital to meet the future development requirement so as to meet the needs of hospital management and regional health information construction.Firstly,what is the hospital information system(HIS)was introduced in this paper,and the history and current situation of HIS development both at home and abroad as well as the project construction background,construction goal and construction principle of the hospital information system were expounded.Through the demand analysis of the information system of the district hospital,the overall framework of the system construction was established,and the overall technical framework of the application structure,planning and deployment system of the district hospital information was set up.A whole study of the construction of the hospital information system was conducted,and the whole system was divided into several branches,namely,outpatient branch,inpatient branch,pharmacy branch and president query branch,on this basis of which the link between the various stages was analyzed.According to the project construction requirements of the district hospital information system,the database necessary to support the various functional modules of the system has been designed after repeated consideration and demonstration,and the examples of database table have been shown to provide the basis for the coding and the reference for the test.Then,the actual operation of the outpatient doctors' workstations of the outpatient branch was taken as an example to introduce the relevant application of hospital information system.Finally,all the work done in this paper was summarized and the shortcomings were analyzed.After the operation of this system in a district hospital,its integrated management and business level has been improved,and the problem of medical treatment difficulties for patients has been improved to a certain degree.Besides,the advanced information systems facilitates the medical staff's work,reduces their burden and also improves the efficiency of medical work,increases the hospital's economic income and establishes an outstanding social image.At the same time,the regional hospital information construction is promoted.
