With the development of the hospital system reform and the development of the health industry, the hospital clinical activity is the main line, taking the service patient as the center, guiding the clinical rational use of drugs, has become the medical and health workers’ urgent affairs. Hospital opening of drug stores is convenient for patients, expanding the measures taken by the variety of drugs, and ultimately to achieve the separation of medicine to try. HuiZhiMing Dispensary is introduced into medical institutions, which can meet the needs of patients and make up for the shortage of drug variety, increase patients and medical personnel, and introduce market competition mechanism to realize complementary advantages, improve the service quality and management level, lower the proportion of hospital medicine. Therefore, the hospital has the practical significance to the HuiZhiMing Dispensary Information System (HDIS).This paper describes the development and implementation of the HDIS based on the background of the information system of the pharmaceutical supermarket in the Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical College. First of all, with the guidance of public hospital reform, this paper introduces the definition of public hospital drug store cooperation model, and the significance and purpose of HDIS project as a "hospital store cooperation", and describes the characteristics of HDIS construction and the status quo of similar system. HDIS using the principle and method of software engineering, the system needs analysis.
