From the initial startup to run smoothly,and when a failure occurs,the parameters of each system module of industrial equipment(power supply parameters,state parameter,operation parameters,control and location information,etc.)need to be collected and stored.Through the comprehensive analysis of the information,the advantages and disadvantages of system and the running state of stability,security were pointed out,then according to this information,the system program could be improved as well as the equipment could be repaired and replaced.Collecting storage devices were typically installed on a variety of devices to complete these tasks during operation in the process of running.In view of the design principle of engineering system and the research of wireless data acquisition and storage theory,this paper designed a set of data acquisition and storage system based on STM32 embedded platform,and selected SDHC card produced by SanDisk as the main storage unit,used USB2.0 interface to achieve data transmission between the system and the PC.This paper implemented the collection and storage of data for five terminals(four channels per terminal),and data was storaged according to fixed encoding rules and operational system time.Based on the design requirements,this paper discussed the entire design plan of the embedded system,the basic theory and core technology needed.Then this paper elaborated the design of the hardware part of the whole system in detail,and presented the hardware circuit design and detailed description in each module,including the master chip,the memory module,the power conversion module,the communication interface mode,the RCT system time and so on,and completed the design and fabrication of the entire PCB hardware board.Next,the design of the software part of the system was described in detail,including data encoding storage rules,storage methods,USB communication program design,operating system,alarm system,HMI(human machine interface)and power control programming.Finally,this paper tested the function of the whole system,carried on the relevant industrial field test,and obtained the effective analysis and the conclusionIn this paper,the system of data collection and storage based on STM32 had low power consumption,small size,high portability,and could be used offline,etc.At present,Data monitoring has been applied in the operation of the electric actuator,and the displacement data signal is stored according to the running time.Through the analysis,processing and comparison of the experimental data,the measurement results met the requirements of the equipment,and the reliability was high.
