Nowadays,with the development of China’s economy, the habits of the peoplehave changed a lot. Combined with the increasing pressure of hard work,as well asthe increasing pollution of environment, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseaseswhich cause the death toll accounting for about one-third of the total number of death,become a huge threat to the life of human beings. If the malignant arrhythmia ECGcan be found in the early stage of the illness, or timely relief in patients with coma andtumble, it will be an important significance in reducing the mortality of the patients.The system of data storage and transmission in remote monitor of the suddendeath consists of the upper computer part and the lower machine part. The mainfunction of the lower machine part is saving the body position signals and the ECG inthe Flash chip after processed. These signals can be also transferred to the uppercomputer through USB for the further storage. The main function of the uppercomputer is reading the data which is in the lower machine into the RAM, generatingthe.hea and.dat files by setting and controlling the lower machine to clear all thedata.This paper has completed the following work.Firstly, the overall design of the lower machine system. At the beginning, thepaper simply describes the function of each module according to the system chart.Then data acquisition module and storage module will be discussed in detail. In thedata acquisition module, the paper does deep research in the principle and the use ofthe acceleration sensor, the configuration of the A/D module in the front end and thedata transmission between the data acquisition module and the storage module. In the data storage module, the paper describes the W25Q128BV chip briefly, and thenconducts a detailed study of the reading and writing steps, at last explore the storagesituation and the method of reading data from the Flash in the DMA way.Secondly, the communication between the lower machine and the uppercomputer. the paper mainly explores the USB transmission module and WDM-typedesign of the USB driver. In USB transmission module, the paper describes the USBpacket and four transfer types, and then explores the USB library for the STM32, atend focuses on the process and achievement of the USB data transmission. In theUSB driver module, the paper focuses on the structure and the function of theWDM-type driver, the specific USB driver programming flow and the installation ofthe driver.Finally, the research of the application of the upper computer. The paper simplyintroduces each module of the upper computer according to the system diagram, andthe explore data reading module, data storage and file generation module and the datacleanup module. In the data reading module, the focus of the discussion is the methodof reading the data from directory area and data area. In the data storage and filegeneration module, the paper explores the “212” file format, as well as the detailedprogram flow and achievement. In the data cleanup module, the paper focuses on therealization of the data eliminating and the method of reading the response signal bymultiple threads.
