Nowadays, the rapid development of electronics and computertechnology provides a good foundation for developing and designing dataacquisition and storage sytem to meet many special requirements. Meanwhile,the increasing application demands bring more challenges and chances for thedevelopment of data acquisition and storage system.Combining actual need and features of the existing data acquisition andstorage systems, this paper designed and implemented kind of data acquisitionand storage system of high-speed, high-precision, multi sync channels andlarge capacity, which can work offline and for a long time. The system appliesAD7656 to realize six channels synchronous acquisition. STM32 as the MCU,is used for acquisition and storage control together with USB transmission.The storage function works in"double-buffer"mode to ensure the real-time,integrity and continuity of data. The USB function applies USB slavecontroller and Mass storage firmware library to transmit data. Specifically, themain work is listed as follows:1,This paper introduced the whole design of this data acquisition and storage system based on STM32 after analyzing function requirementsand described the design principle and hardware circuit of all modules.2,It implemented A/D acquisition and Flash file system storagefunction which also includes invalid block management. At last, it appliedMass storage firmware library of STM32 to realize data transmission basedon USB interface.3,It applied this system to test the kinematic parameters ofhigh-speed locomotive, such as speed and acceleration. This system is provedgood reliability and stability by experiment calibration. Finally, analized andcaculated the uncertainty of speed and acceleration.
