In the general instrument industry,in order to be able to remotely control the instrument and build test systems,instrument manufacturers will be equipped with external communication interface above the instrument,such as USB,GPIB,Ethernet and serial.Through these interfaces and other devices to connect between,to achieve remote control and recording equipment.But the domestic instruments often provide only a small amount of data interface,and some even only provide a serial port,so the availability of the instrument has been discounted,and foreign common types of instruments and equipment interface,complex functions,able to adapt to various like the use of the environment.The two types of equipment relative to the domestic than the above types of interfaces were significantly less than the other,and lack of communication interface to adapt,leading to the user interface encountered when using a variety of problems,some need to build complex systems,users can only choose the price Expensive foreign equipment to meet their requirements.At the same time because the domestic equipment manufacturers have been attaching only to the performance indicators of the equipment and the development of communication ports on the device does not attach importance to the communication interface,communication speed is slow,lack of stability,so the need to improve in this area,the general instrument communication interface The paper proposes a scheme of using separate MCU to deal with the communication interface.It realizes the modularization of the external communication interface of instrument and equipment,completes a communication gateway used in industrial instrument,and has rich communication interface to improve the applicability of the product.STM32F107 chip as the core of this process control and communication,compared to other chips its development cycle is short,portability,rich communication interface,you can run UCOSII real-time multi-tasking operating system,making the In the real-time system has great scalability and flexibility,the use of the operating system makes the software application modular,easy software development.System design can be divided into the following sections:1.The overall hardware framework design,mainly the hardware part of the design;2.The overall software design,mainly UCOSII system transplantation and driver preparation;3.PC communication interface design,mainly on the host computer software interface design and implementation;4.Host computer interface driver design,the main job is the host computer interface corresponding to the background driver to write.The design of this program is mainly for RS232,RS485,USB and Ethernet and other interface-driven implementation and communication protocol and host computer docking.Board uses a real-time multi-tasking operating system,the final completion of industrial gateway functions.In this paper,the performance of mutual transmission between various communication ports is tested,and the synchronous display of the host computer and the network initialization function of the host computer to the lower computer are realized.The design of an industrial gateway is realized.Of the communication interface exchange,the expansion of the communication port provides an experimental platform,if the future can be directly used in the company's equipment,equipment will improve the communication port support,and foreign equipment to reduce the gap.
