Plastic products are ubiquitous in life.It has become an essential commodity for people's daily life.Masterbatch is the main raw material of plastic products,which plays an important position in the plastics industry.Masterbatch quality has a direct influence on the appearance and properties of products.In the domestic,masterbatch production equipment is obsolete,facing many problems of environmental pollution,low production efficiency,low degree of automation.In view of the current problems,this project has been commissioned by the enterprise to develop a set of high-precision automatic masterbatch production line,to improve the masterbatch product quality and production efficiency.This not only to the enterprise to bring good economic benefits,but also improve the domestic masterbatch production technology.The automatic batching system as the key research object,a set of masterbatch production line control system was developed which including feeding,metering,mixing,palletizing,and management of masterbatch production line.The main contents of this paper as follow:1)Analysis of the status of the development of masterbatch at home and abroad,combined with the actual production situation,improved masterbatch production process,put forward a set of intelligent production system program.2)Focus on the analysis of mechanism of the dynamic weighing process.On this basis,the mathematical model of weighing ingredients is deduced,and analysis batching error.Then the control process of weighing and batching is further studied,and the iterative learning control method with forgetting factor is applied to the process of dosing.Finally,the simulation and test results show that the method is feasible.3)According to the requirement of production,a distributed master-slave control system is developed.Industrial computer is used as the management level;SIEMENS S7-300PLC is used as the control level,through the PROFIBUS-DP to ensure that the interaction between the information,product precision automatic production hardware requirements is realized.4)Visual Studio 2008 is used as a development tool,using C#and SQL Server 2005 database,a host computer information management system has been developed.This management system is responsible for the online monitoring of the entire production line,not only to achieve the formula management,production management,alarm detection,video surveillance and other aspects of the production of the basic functions,but also can according to the actual ingredients,adjusting the materials parameters automatically to ensure the qualified rate of products.Through the above research,masterbatch production line control system has been developed successfully.Through the actual production proved that the production line to meet the production requirements of enterprises to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises,and a good marketing value.
