An Analysis On Reporting Frames Of Real Estate Report In Printing Media

In recent years,the house prices in most of cities in China rise a lot.People in China talk much about real estate.The media have maintained a higher degree of concern.Real estate is the fundamental problem of people's livelihood.How to correctly report the real estate related news,it is a question worth media to discuss.This paper is based on the framing analysis,select the "Tianjin daily" and "Tonight News",they all have distinct features.First,I use the content analysis method to analyze the real estate related reports in 2016,present the characteristics of different types of media in reporting the real estate issues.The study found that in the current environment,the newspaper under the leadership of the Communist Party concerns livelihood most because of the ideology,the metropolitan newspaper focus on diversification because of the serious commercialization.At the same time.I reflect on the problems of two types of newspaper.Then in the benevolence of the Zang's theory,using text analysis of the two newspapers in the same real estate event and different real estate events,further reveals the characteristics of the local newspapers in China:The subjects are rich and respectful of objective facts;pay attention to people's livelihood,but the voice of the people to listen to less;in the urban newspaper,soft advertisement phenomenon is more serious,but easy to distinguishFinally,from the society,media,audience,I suggest that the society should set up supervision group and supervision mechanism,the media companies should improve their professionalism and moral level,the audience should improve their media literacy.Then the real estate reports in China can maintain high quality in the rapidly changing environment,media really serve the interests of the people.
