A Research On Propagation Of Core Socialist Values In Rural Areas

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC)has cultivated and practiced the socialist core values,it has become an important content of the mainstream ideology propaganda and the construction of socialist advanced culture.Groups of farmers still account for the majority of China's population.Therefore,it is important to strengthen the effective dissemination of socialist core values in rural areas to cultivate and practice the socialist core values.This paper uses the method of empirical investigation and theoretical analysis,and it examines the communication situation of the socialist core values in the rural,through the investigation of some rural areas in Henan Province.From that investigation,this paper analysis and solves problems of dissemination of socialist core values in rural areas,in order to improve the mode of transmission to enhance the dissemination effect,and enhance farmers' recognition and practice of socialist core values.This paper consists of four parts:The introduction part mainly discuss the research significance of the socialist core values in rural.And then it cards the academia of the existing research results,and compares the related theory analysis,in order to gradually form the theoretical framework of research papers.At the same time,the data obtained from field visits,mass interviews,questionnaires,literature analysis and statistics are systematically collated and analyzed,and the relevant concepts are defined.Through the combination of theory and practice,this paper realizes the construction of the socialist core values in rural areas.The first chapter takes the “ 5w” mode of communication as the starting point,starting from the four aspects of the main body of the socialist core values,the object of media,the content and the way of communication,and examining the overall situation of the socialist core values in rural areas.Then,this paper studies the key role of th e village committee and the governm ent,especially the grassroots government,in the spread of the socialist core values in the rural areas,and analysis the role of the peasants as the main body as the object in the spread of the socialist core values.It also clarifies the media significance of the book,the village collective column,the radio,the slogan,the television and so on in the rural propaganda of the socialist core values.Secondly,in terms of communication effect,the research shows that farmers have already known the core values of socialism,have realized the close relationship between national prosperity and personal life,and are willing to integrate the core values of socialism into their own lives.However,the people's understanding of the socialist core values are basically on the surface;in its behavior practice,the effect is not ideal.In the sec ond chapter,from the act ual research results,the paper finds tha t in the proc ess of the socialist core values communication,the majority of rural areas effectively implement the party and the country's work requirements,combining with the situation on the ground,applying innovative ways,and in the end achieves good results.However,through further study,it is found that the work of the village-level organization is not enough,the communication effect is reduced;the grassroots culture construction is weak,the values of the peasant group and the socialist core values are deviated;the cadres who carry the propaganda task,cannot understand deeply the core values and not aware of t heir identities,the dissemination of content design is unreasonable;rural public cultural resources shrinking and the old and new communication carrier fails to timely convergence,and communication is limited.The presence of these factors resulted in that,the main body function is not strong,lacking of object identity,empty and abstract content and carrier of the single,which affect the spread of socialist core values in the countryside.In the third chapter,on the basis of analyzing the problems of the socialist core values in rural areas and the analysis of the ir causes,a n effective path is constructed from the aspects t o communication intensity,system construction,audience quality,content design and carrier innovation: By strengthening the work of grassroots party organizations to enhance the farmers' own communication force,and establish multi-subject communication pattern;To carry out the democratic legal system education to enhance farmers' participation,to carry out the scientific and cultural education improve farmers' comprehensive quality;Pay attention to the communication theories understandable,scientific design content increase transmission content appeal;And utilization of rural communication advantages of tra ditional media,attaches great importance to the ru ral propagation characteristics of new media,the construction of diversified transmission carrier.These paths can make the socialist core values more effectively spread in rural areas.
