The Design And Implementation Of Panjiang Coal-Electricity Group’s Office Automation System

With the rapid development of computer technology and network technology, the information level of society is rising. Office automation technology is an important content of the information society, in the process of rapid development of social, office automation technology has also been greatly improved and widely used.This thesis studies the connotation of office automation, expounds the concept of office automation, analyzes the current situation of the development of the domestic and foreign office automation and discussed the significance of research office automation. Based on this, we further study the significance of the construction of office automation system in the Panjiang coal-electricity group, and found that the group is really need to build an office automation system to improve enterprise internal cooperative efficiency and the efficiency of information transmission, thus to help employees improve office efficiency and help the leadership to efficient management.This thesis expounds the development process of the office automation system of the Panjiang coal-electricity group’s. First introduced the related technologies and system development tools, and then introduced the system analysis and design, and then introduced the realization of the system, at last explains how to test the system. Among them, the introduction section about the relevant technologies and the system development tools, expounded all kinds of system development technologies and tools which were need for complete the system. In order to make the system authority management more convenient and quick, system use the role to achieve user rights distribution and access control. While implemented the system, we used the Windows XP Professional operating system as development environment, used the Visual Studio2010as the development platform, use the SQL Server2008as the database server, and used the technologies of ASP.NET, ADO.NET and so on.The system has been test run in the company, and running in good condition. It has met the company’s daily work demand, and preliminary realized the system design goal.
