Since the beginning of 21st century,Our material standard of living increased significantly in China,almost every family has a private car.With the rapid development of automobile industry,China's tire industry has entered a rapid development stage,and China's tire industry occupies an important share in the world market of the tire production and consumption.with the increasingly fierce competition of tire market,the market put forward higher requirements for the tyre quality and the stability and control precision of tyre production equipment.As an important part of tyre,tyre performance has a direct relationship with the quality of bead ring.Combining the experience in engineering practice and specific requirements of actual production,the research focuses on the measurement and control system of hexagonal bead ring production line in the paper.The research contents are as follows:1?We made a brilliant exposition on the classification and features of bead ring.We introduce the function of each part of hexagonal bead ring production line,the structure and operating principle of ten part of production line such as the wire unwinding equipment,wire heating equipment,wire winding machine and so on.2?It builds up control system of the production line,and designs hardware of the control system that motion control system,converter system and temperature control system of extruder machine.3?Based on computer integrated manufacturing and virtual instrument development platform LabVIEW,we develop the monitoring system of the production line,achieve the function that monitor and control the whole process of hexagonal bead ring production,the system is powerful and has friendly interface,it achieve on setting of technological parameters,monitoring device state,managing production information.We can find alarm point accurately by using the program of alarm location.It provides a reliable for system upgrade and troubleshooting.At present,many large tyre production companies both in China and abroad are using the measurement and control system of production line.The system is safe,reliable and stable in the process of production,and the control accuracy and productivity has risen greatly.It brings about good economic results for the enterprise.
