The Research On Quality Improvement Of The FMEA In Sampled Hardware Testing For Integrated Suppliers

There is no doubt that in recent years,with the rapid development of economic globalization and manufacture,China has gradually grown into machine manufacturing automation from the simple manual workshop,to the high precision industry from simple manual,to the international brand from the domestic national brand.The development of this series shows that the manufacturing of our country has become gradually matured,strengthened and perfected.However,with China's manufacturing globalization,China is also becoming a pronoun of "high value with cheap prize" and "fake product",etc.As what was published in the newspaper," Deucker reminded to China",Drucker said that "the developing countries can easily import foreign technology,the introduction of capital.But technology and capital is just a tool,only the capable and efficient management can make it into effect and produce high quality products.At the same time,we have gradually realized that the quality is the basic of survival.And that make us start to focus on quality improvement but not only the growth of quantity.As people pay more and more attention to the brand value and product quality,how to improve the quality of products made in China,how to provide high quality,high quantity,high performance products? All these questions have become the urgent issues to solve during the development process of China.In order to answer these questions,the author is currently engaged in the software industry on the hardware prototype selection of quality improvement,combined with the current testing methods and the existing models,the induction,summary and comb,trying to find some improvement methods and measures.On one hand,the author tried to briefly introduce the test method of some hardware vendors in the hardware prototype test and also present them one by one,such as the PCI test for hardware test,test for LAN interface,clock test,surge test,test for temperature rise monitoring machine,etc.On the other hand,the author also gave a summary and analysis for some common methods as FMEA,DFMEA and PFMEA,etc.in current hardware test of the prototype.In this paper,through a comprehensive analysis of the current domestic hardware manufacturers in the design,analysis and testing model made of stage,the author emphasized to introduce for the software industry in the introduction process by combining with the end of the DFMEA and PFMEA.The author also took the S N270 model as an example,and shared some working experience of the prototype in the import process.The author hoped to provide the reference for the kind of enterprises like S company that need to purchase the follow-up in S's FMEA in the prototype test.Along with the economic development of China,we can't just pursuit the growth of quantity,but also the quality improvement.That requires enterprises to strengthen their own emphasis on quality,continuously improvement and perfect testing methods and testing process.They also need to improve the test method and model effectively according to the enterprise own situation.
