With the rapid development of high-performance embedded technology, Embedded product development companies has not satisfied with the traditional debugging embedded systems platform development environment provides, therefore proposed a variety of new technical requirements and direction of development, including the introduction of automated testing technology and research, it has become one of the important development direction of the next generation of embedded debugging platform. Thesis aims to design a kind of automatic identification hardware and test functions embedded test platform can automatically access the hardware, including embedded processors, including the identification, access and hardware to make fault testing.After the paper analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign research technical characteristics and embedded test systems, comparative summary of the literature on embedded technology and methods of various types of hardware testing, it points out the low level of test automation embedded test platforms currently exist, compatible hardware test less problems and issues presented for establishing hardware identification system, hardware test systems and solutions for the PC control system.Thesis in the overall design stage, through needs analysis and technical studies on the embedded test system designed for embedded frame model of automatic test system. By analyzing the foreign mature technology hardware test platform designed for embedded hardware architecture test platform, and established the main contents of the hardware identification system.Thesis research separate controller hardware identification system, discusses the test platform for hardware identification hardware requirements and implementation of key technologies automatically identify and propose a mechanism to assist in identifying, and its technical solutions and carried out research, It includes a circuit frame, scan and feedback strategies, identification logic processes, identify the control command, the hardware ID code. At the same time to identify the controller as the core, build a recognition system hardware circuit, and has carried on the logic for the circuit simulation, to verify the effectiveness of the hardware recognition system.
